So i just got my angel one the other day and got a(compressed air) 68/4500psi high press tank with it. On full auto(not just holding down trigger thru whole hopper) it seems the tank runs out in about 300 shots and now im hearing that low pressure tanks are the way to go with an angel 1. does it make a differnce if its high or low pressure? or do i need to tweek my settings to get better air consumption out of my gun?
anyone who knows plz advise

LP is the way to go for the A1.
But, to really help you out, what are all your settings (dwell, software, LPR and minireg pressures, etc...)?

my softwear is 1.8 my dwell is 6.5m/secs and as far as the LPR and minireg i still have the gauges on order but my reg is all the way down. also i got one more question if you dont mind. in your opinoin is compressed air or nitrogen better for the angel

N2 is much more expensive and I'll bet you'll find the HPA (high pressure air) much easier than the N2. I have never used N2 on my Angels but I can tell you that because a) I am a geek lol and 2) PV=nRT (the ideal gas law) that they will perform very similiar in your Angel.
Most people use air.

I had the same problem with my A1, to tell you the truth the best fix was breaking in the reg (and the rest of the gun). After about 8 or 9 cases it really started to drop back into typical Angel efficiency. Now its far better than when I first got it. Hope it works for you.

If you were shooting with paint then disregard the following, but i have found that angels consume a lot more air if they are just firing "blanks", so if you wer just figeting around with it without any paint that may be why... at least that was the case on my A4....
