broken bolt and leaky gasket

Took my bolt out and found it cracked all the way around the pin. Now my bolt comes apart into three pieces. Foud this out the same day I noticed a leak coming from the solenoid gasket. I have e-mailed wdp and Owen about this last week with no response. If Ken or Bob would help I would appreciate it a lot.

You will need to send the marker to the closest warranty center. Owen has been on vacation.

I recently found the same problem with my A1 but its not cut in 3 pieces..........yet but i will be soon. Is it the bolt that was defaulty or the gun that is breaking my bolt somehow. Also would i have to send it to an MT?
