i got an A1 from angel force and also am running a halo b.
have some questions....
just wondering if i need to check or tune my LPR?
i herd A1 has little kick yet when i start shooting the gun lifts up a little about an inch, is this normal?
i herd the A1 is suppose to be quiet yet when i shoot it it's pretty loud my friend said his timmy is quieter. also i have air comming out of the eye caps when i shoot.
also when i shoot it with the settings i found on the internet it would shoot about 5-6 balls then stop for about 4 sec. then shoot 5 balls again. i turned down the Dwell one setting and it started working again just wondering why. i'm running my loader on the highest setting.
thanks for the help and good forum

What mode are you shooting in?
if you are trying to ramp, you have to set your kick in higher than the drop out. so your settings of kick in 5 - drop out 6 need to be switched or changed.
also what kind of tank are you running.

thanks for the help and good forumIf you wanted to be able to properly tune your A1 to the recommened settings, you'd need the Exhaust Valve Pressure Test Tool (link) (http://www.fixmyangel.com/catalog-product708) and the LPR Pressure Test Tool Assembly Pack (link) (http://www.fixmyangel.com/catalog-product715).
As far as the air out of your eye covers/caps, do you have the tiny holes on the sides of your bolt that air goes through to help keep the eyes clean?

so should i take my gun in to get tuned? and also since my bolt didn't come with the holes on the side would my ship give me a new bolt by chance? also if i have an angel force gun would the tuning be free of charge? sorry for all these somewhat dumb questions. and thanks for all the help

I would like to see a pic of the holes in the bolt, I was told that my marker has the self cleaning eyes, but I cant see any holes...

When you say self cleaning eyes do you mean that the bolt and eye system are different or just the bolt?

I think the only real difference for self cleaning eyes was the bolt had a hole on each side of it.

The first shipments of guns didn't have the bolts with holes in them. They shipped later. They just have a small (very small) hole on both sides of the bolt right over where the eyes would be.

If you bought the gun from a reputable source that actually works on them then YES, take it in and have them go over it with you.
Since the self cleaning eye bolt didn't ship with every gun your gun isn't necessarily defective and they probably won't replace it for you. Ask though because you never know what they may do for you.
They will however charge you for tuning if it is working properly! Changing your dwell to the recommended 6.5ms is a great start to a well tuned gun. Don't know why it would be shooting erratically. I can't think why a small change in your dwell would affect that.
You might also lower your loader speed a bit (12). You may be having balls bouncing in/out of your breech if your halo b is really strong. A lower loader speed adds a bit of time (microsecond) to the ram to make sure the ball has settled into the breech before shooting it out.
