Ram disassembly!

The rear o-ring on my ram shaft is bad. It's swollen and doesn't seal properly. How do I access it to change it? I cant get the ram shaft out without somehow disassembling the ram housing. The question is how?

The oring on the ram housing? or Is the leak coming from inside the ram?

It's the O-ring on the ram shaft. I can see the bad o-ring through the rear slit in the brass housing

Isn't the ram rebuildable?
