just finished my intellifeed connection to my warp feed. In case anyone is interested in how to connect the warp without stripping critical wiring or possibly voiding the warranty.
I used the present intellifeed cable that comes stock on my fly and snipped the ends that connect to the sight rail adapter. Connected the grey wire to a black one and the white wire to a red one. (I connected these so I would have enough length to reach the warp pc board). All the connections were soldered and then sealed for reliability i dont think regular splices would be durable enough for paintball~the wire was 22gauge. I then bought a 3/32mm mono audio plug at radio shack (which is the one that works with the adapter in the warp pc board) Unscrew the end cap and there is two points to connect the wires I connected the red wire to the small tip which is kind of suspended in the middle of the adapter when you take the cap off and connected the black wire to the bigger rounded bottom connection. After this is done you have to adjust the warp pc board setting slightly. I took all the jumpers for pos/sens off the board and left the negative signal on(which is the one that works for the ir3) and simply set the dwell to ON as shown in the warp manual. (this allows you to adjust the dwell through the intellifeed setting on the ir3 electronics) Then add a 9v to the warp, plug the new connection in, and turn gun to live. Your warp feed will now activate and spin according to the ir3 settings. I set mine to activate at 1 shot and spin for .5 each time but set up as desired.
It works great, doesnt void warranty, and reliable compared the the vibration sensor which has to be adjusted regularly and often moves slightly causing feeding to be unreliable.
This is for anyone that doesnt know the exact procedure to go about this mode. Hope someone finds it useful. if there are any questions i will do my best to answer.
note* i didnt check if someone already describe this mode so sorry if its get repetitive.
