breech area is leaking air. I cleaned, relubed & replaced the ram orings & cleaned the exhaust valve pin several times. Leak started after i removed the ram for the very first time. Used to disappear after cycling several times but now, it's just htere.

any thoughts?

have you checked the valve guide?

no. i only pulled out the stem & q-tipped the guide inside. will try that tonight i guess.

it seems the leak is coming from the ram itself. the sound of the air coming out changes (not sure which way lessens the leak) as i turn the breech release knob to lock/unlock.
Does this make any sense to you guys?

what did you lube the o-rings with ?

just in case you didn't......try using dow 55...it might work it makes the o-rings swell slightly when the air hits em and they seal up better.

people mostly use dow 33 (from what i see around here) and this is a great lubricant for dynamic seals (moving) but dow 55 is better for the static o-rings (non-moving)

Just for the heck of it check the set screw on the solenoid cover. Make sure it didn't loosen up. Just snug it down without heavy torque. See if that helps.

I had the same problem. Every now and then it will leak when I first air it up, but after a few shots it will go away.

still leaking. doesnt seem to be from the outer ram orings. has to be from the ram itself.

more than likely the ram has just failed. no user servicable parts are in the ram

is this covered with the warranty?
