This is nothing new but it happens. Your barrel is stuck like a mug in your gun and you can't get it loose for nothing less of using pliers (ruins the barrel finish) or a strap wrench if available. Try this... works almost all the time and its free!! Karate chop the barrel a few times and voila! You can now remove it. Sounds stupid or waaaay too easy but it works. Be sure to hold the gun stiff while you chop the barrel with your hand. It's kinda like getting ketchup from a new bottle.

BTW New or full ketchup bottles should be held at a 45 degree angle while chopping towards the neck of the bottle for best results. Try this next time your at your favorite Sizzler you tight arses.
