I just took a cell block battery off the shelf since we just got 'em in and I wanted to try it out so I can tell people if it's great or not.

It came with wall and car charger (nice).

I charged the battery untill the LED on the charger was solid green meaning the charge was complete.

I put it in my halo and it feeds half a loader of paint then the loader just turns off and you can't turn it back on with the button UNLESS you disconnect THEN reconnect the battery. Then it all reapeats. Feeds a bit then shuts off...WTF

Battery is not dead...tested with tester and tongue(hot as hell)

any ideas ??

EDIT: this battery type is lithium ion it's brand new and this is really starting to bug me.

ordered 2 cell block battery kits. One of them wouldnt take a charge and yes I let it go for over 12 hours as directed & the second after a 15 hr charge I went to unplug it from the charger & one of the battery terminals came off the battery and was stuck on the charger terminal.

Both were returned---THEY ARE GARBAGE !!!!!

I dont have a problem with the battery phisically but just with how it's working.

When you 1st put the battery in and turn it on it works fine...even seems to spin a tiny but faster with the cell battery.

But after it feeds paint and stops and starts and stops (from shooting paint) it will just turn off and to turn it back on you have to disconnect the battery and then reconnect it....very strange.

I in the very near future will be selling battery kits for halos & empires. 9.6 volt packs (8 cells), wall charger, external jack so you never have to remove the battery door to charge batteries, Supplies about 20% more voltage to the motor. NI-MH cells so no memory, 1100 mah. New style spring in front of the beads & retainer for the spring, New style drive cone that works unbelieleably well with reball and just freakin' super with paint,
