Hello!
I Have a problem on a new A1, it don't shoot at all.
Whe I turn off the eyes it goes off for a second then after that they turn on again by them self and again on and off like 3 or 4 times at the end it don't shoot or respond to nothing.

what can I do?

Sounds like its your trigger adjustments. Back everything out and start over.

I allready did the trigger adjustment and it don't fix the problem at all.
How can I know if the board is working properly?

Make sure that there are no cuts in the ribbon that would cause it to short. Check all connections.

nope they are all good, but I think is not a ribbons problems because they read when paint is present on the barrel, it look like something on the software. the marker don't shoot but it respond good to the trigger comands and it read the paint also, once they go off they start going back and forwar then thy stop and the marker don't respont to off comand either.

I know this sounds sel explanitory, but have you swapped out the batery?

Have you updated to the newest software? If there is a bug this might fix it. Sometimes reinstalling the current software fixes things.

Understand you are at the latest version, however, reload it again (like a reboot). That might clear it up, if not, a trip to a Master Tech is in order...

OK! software 1.9 allready updated on this marker and still the same problem...

Just to clarify, when you put a loader with paint on the A1 and try to shoot with the EYES ON it will not shoot but when you shut the EYES OFF it will shoot for a while but the eyes turn back on?

When you first turn the A1 on, what does the BALL STATUS say on the OLED screen when you first turn it on?

NO the markker just don't work at all, whit or whit out paint...
when I trie to turn off the eyes they don't respond all the time and the only think they do is goes off and on several times and the board freeze an only respond to the off command.

Sounds to me like you'll need to contact the place you bought the A1 to take advantage of the warranty.

OK
This is it I buy brand new eyes and replace them both, it don't change anything at all, reload the newest software to the board 1.9 two times and nothing happen. whit the halo on place and hellsfire paint it don't detect paint at all.
now, the marker just don't shoot air or turn off the eyes... is not workin!
what is the procces for warranty on this board? do I have to send just the board or the complete marker? What is the addressit have to be sent?

HOW DO I PLUG MY ANGEL INTO MY COMPUTER TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE?!!?!?? WHERE SHOULD I GO TOGET THE CABLE?? WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?!??!

You should be able to pick one up at any electronic store, or retail store (Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Circut City, Target, etc.) one end will have a bigger flat looking connection, and the other end will be smaller. If you have ever seen a cable that comes with a digital camera, its the same thing.

I read something about the very first markers have some strange problems sometimes, because mine is a #55. did you know anything about it?

55 isnt the serial number. open the grip and a gold tag is on the frame or as well the board. tell me that number

Golden Tag on Board read 00055 as well on the frame.

I allready talk to the good people of SPLAT ATTACK on Miami and they help me a lot about the process on submitting the marker to warranty. I goin to send the marker tomorrow and let you know about the end of this. AGAIN THANKS FOR ALL YOUR SUPER HELP GUYS...

did you fill out the warranty online, and if you did where can I find it?
