I have set up my old pc laptop so I can perform these updates when they are released. I downloaded all of the software and began to set it up last night according to the directions. When I tried to install the flash utility it asked me to insert a disk? I have no idea what to do now and any help anyone can provide will be much appreciated.

Thanks

Where did you save the files to when you downloaded them? You would have had to unzip them after download. Once you have done that and know where the files are when the software asks you for the files point to the directory that you unzipped them to. Should work fine from that point on.

Let's just call this one a code 99 or operator error. Thanks Mavrick for your help I don't think I would have caught the extraction thing on my own.

I just noticed after the update the shot counter zeroed out. It doesn't matter to me but instead of seeing around 10,000 shots I only see about 4,000. Is there something that didn't work right from my laptop on the update?

The shot counter always returns to zero when the board is reset.
