burst disc for angel

help meeeeeeeeeeee, I have just bought an old second hand angel, and theres no burst disc in the air bottle thingy, can any burst disc fit? theres a website here where you can buy them

check with the manufacture of the tank, mine is a HP ANS tank and it has a 1.8k burst disc, I don't remember what the high side burst disc is but I think it is a 7.5k.

I daresay the burst disk was taken out of the tank so you cannot fill it. I'm guessing the reason for that is the hydro date on the tank is 11/95, which is 11 years ago. Get the hydro checked before you blow someone up! [PS the place doing the hydro will probably have a disk for you].

ok, so i need a new bottle, will any air bottle fit on the govnair system? or do i need a new system? sorry for being a noob

Actually the reg is most likely still in perfect working condition. All bottles are threaded the same, so any bottle will fit.

Chances are it will be easier and almost as cheap to just buy a new system. They make some decently priced preset tanks now (you want a High Pressure or HP tank) and an adjustable system is sort of silly on your gun, it wants 850psi from the tank anyways (thats what a HP preset outputs).

life span on a tank is only 15 years so just get rid of it and buy a new one before someone gets hurt.
