Other Angel users here at the Park asked me to post....
What would cause the shots to drop off during firing?
Gun#1
In one of these cases, we fire like 20 good shots, then a small blurb and then it fires fine again for another 20+ shots and then another blurb.
Gun #2
In the other case, the gun just shoots down and the shooting speed during other times is very erratic anywhere from 220-340.
Shootdown a lot of times is from the air system. A lot of presets can't handle a long string of paint at high ROF.
Your going to get the normal answer about the gun though. Check the LPR, check the snap ring, if that doesn't work check the valve. I would just send the gun to a tech. The cost of the tool kit is more then most techs charge to work on the gun, and they will probably do a better job.

We've got a tech here at the shop and he's as baffled as we are.

yes you should check your LPR especialyl in case 1, make sure it's recharging properly everytime.....
in case 2 check your hammer...I had some really erratic velocities on one of my Angels and it turned out that was the problem, I had a loose hammer so it wasn't hitting right every time....
you can always pick any of the 4 sponsors and send it to them, they'll fix it and send it back shooting like a dream

Ram stroke will also cause scenario #2. Adjust it properly so the bolt is being fed well.

Thanks.
Hopefully we can work on that tomorrow when our tech comes back to work (He's kinda lazy)
