Ver7 software questions

Recently got a 05 speed and had some questions. First what does ver7 software include besides psp. Second im having trouble changing the psp rate of fire....i put it on psp then turn the gun off, i turn it back on and go to the rate of fire settings and pull the trigger and get no response...it will just stay on green so if anyone can help answer those i would appreciate it.
