Breach O-ring

It is somehow attached to the breach door. Part of the o ring has broken off. I have no idea how it is glued to the door, It would not come off at all i have used a thumb tack now to try to get it out but there must have been some sort of glue. Is this normal?!?

The same thing happened to alot of people including me just buy some cheap super glue and put a little bit on the o-ring not the breech then slip it in there i stress this part PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE SUPER GLUE BECAUSE I SUPER GLUED THE O-RING TO MY HAND AND HAD TO RIP IT OFF AND IT LEFT A RING ON MY HAND FOR 2 WEEKS

Thx dude. I'll do that after i get some more o-rings i lost one today when it fell out after i opened the breach. =(
