Can anyone tell me what are the settings to a near pro level for the board?

That is really going to depend on how your trigger is set up. Since every trigger is set up a little different, your levels for debounce may need to change. As a start, I would start with the recommended league settings (PSP, NXL, NPPL, etc.) that the Angel Force Tadao manual gives you and tweak them from there so that the final result is a fast yet legal gun.

so the manual settings, are the default settings? It might be easier to let a MT do it. thanks Trig!
