Just bought a used G7 on e-bay. Recieved the gun two days ago. It looks great and shoots great. The only problem is that the breach block has a number of what appears to be stress cracks along the hinge area and the breach is very stiff to open and close. Is there any fix or replacement breach for this problem? Please help.

You'll have to contact an MT on that one. That is a serious problem.

Did the seller tell you about the problem before you bought it?

From what I know the breach is line bored when the gun is manufactured. It is then serial numbered so that after anodizing it gets mated back with the correct gun. This is not a part of the gun you can just switch out with another gun. Although not a common problem it has happened. As Trigga said in his post if it going to be fixed at all a MT is going to be your only option.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I am new to the angel community and I was not fully knowledgable about the design of the G7. The seller did state that there was a very small crack on the breach block but I wasn't aware that it was in such a critical location (along the hinge area). I would appreciate it if someone could recommend a skilled master tech. Thanks again.

Send it to Bob at www.fixmyangel.com

Ken at www.performanceangel.com could do it too, but I and several others had some problems with him. Most don't, but I did.
