ir3 need help disassembling!!

Could someone please guide me as to how to get the internals out of my ir3??

reason being they're stuck!! due to grime. Also, I want to take them out because I bought dow33 lube and I want to use that. I see the green piece behind the back plate, but how do I take that out? Or am I supposed to do it differently.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

nevermind i got it...the green piece was the ram heh.

Be care ful not to scratch the inside of the tubes as this will cause major problems.Be carefulwhen putting it back together not to trap any wires.
