Don't know if any has mentioned this yet, but for those who don't know either way, I found that the clear egg 2 has serious sunlight issues. I took it out for the first outdoor day last weekend and the clear egg2 stops feeding in sunlight. As soon as I covered it, it fed, but I had to wrap the part above the feed neck with electrical tape to cover the eyes, and it still didn't work perfectly. I heard rumors that the new board will have the issue cleared up, so until that board comes out, you might want to cover the eyes with something. I was thinking maybe painting that part of the hopper with like black spray paint or something. Any other suggestions?

funny how things come back around...I remember this happening on clear revies, too. We did the tape trick, also...

yup i have a clear evo 2 and the sunlight problem sucks. It always seems to come about in the worst part of the game, lol. Anyways the new 21 bps board is "alledged" to fix the problem. I can't wait till that thing comes out, hopefully it will be around vegas when everybody else is releasing stuff (smart parts, mac dev, etc.).

I've not experienced this with a black shelled Evo2 at all, and I've been playing fairly consistantly with it the past 4+ months.....

yeah emmit, i've heard of nobody with a black evo 2 having this problem around here. People are actually starting to spray paint their loaders black just to get rid of the problem.
