hmm is this normal

On eye mode 3 i cant go past green (between 15-20). Is this normal? btw i recently bought a used 05 speed and have not touched settings.
it is on semi uncapped.

is their a way to get more of a max rate of fire? if so please explain.

How do you expect to get past green in semi? I guess you could with bounce, but your settings are stock.

Change mode to ramping or something.
