How to get whole feed off?

So here's the problem:
I broke spin from my feed and hopper wont stay in there. So now I decided to take whole thing off and buy a now one. But how I take that thing off?

Its threaded, but loktited in. Usually you end up ruining the old one taking it out. Counterclockwise ;)
