need help removing the mini reg

Is there any easier way to pull out the mini reg from the spool than by using the M3 screw. The spool is like not budging at all. I'm trying to access the LPR to adjust it, is there any other way to get to it?

You can adjust the lpr without removing the mini reg. Just remove the end cap on the lpr side, and use that screw to pull out the lpr piston.
As far as the mini reg goes, did you remove the set screw on the front of the grip? It holds the internals of the reg in place.
