Anyone else notice that the breech on the Angel One is loose even when aired up? Just wondering if there is a fix for this...Thanks.

My breach is very tight. It looks like there are 2 allen screws on each side of the breach on the left side of the gun that can probably be tightened.

Yes the breech knob is very loose and only tightens up slightly when the marker is aired up. I spoke with Bob at Fix My Angel and he suggested like JeffW did, to adjust the two set screws to tighten the breech. I'm not sure if there is an adjustment for the breech knob though...

On the left side of the gun there is an allen screw on each side of the breach, you can tighten the breach using one of the allen wrenches in your tool kit.

Thank you, that helped me a lot! :)

I tightened it up, and with thouse two allen screws I moved the breach slightly backwards, witch seemd to do the trick.

when you twist the breech knob so its in the 'open' position you can see the set-screw that holds it onto the ram shaft...you can tighten that small screw down and it will make the knob a bit less loose.

I wouldn't tighten it too much. Don't know if this is common with all Ones or but one of our players' One had the same problem. The breech door seemed too loose, it was practically rattling when being shot.

He tightened the screws and then the bolt started sticking. I think its because the bolt nest in the breech door and in the firing chamber don't align completely once the breech door is tightened and this causes the bolt to stick. As I said, this might just be marker specific caused by the production process but right now he's using it with the breech door loose.

Same problem (bolt sticking) is encountered when the screws are not so tight but the breech door is held tight with a thumb.

i had the same problem when i tightened the breech screws too much, the bolt would get stuck forward, i had to loosen it back up, but still not as loose as it came stock...works well now
