I got home from work today to see my 1 waiting for me. I sent it off to Bob @ FMA because I had some difficulty installing the software updates(user error). While at FMA, Bob tuned it and set up my LPR. Now how it shoots the way I expected. And I have HIGH expectations. Not quite as quiet as a DM but close. The kick is all but nonexistant. The speed. Oh, the speed. I shot about half a case is PSP and Semi. In PSP its ramps quickly and I can keep it ramping using 1 finger like my AF/Tadao G7 Fly. In semi with the ROF 24 (Bob's setting)it just rolls. I played with the breakout and it works seemless as well. If anbody was hesitant about the 1, don't worry its ready to rock now. No chops, no breaks, and just flat out speed and smooth easy ramping. I'll check the efficiency this weekend when I have some more paint.

im curious about why you had to send it in. my parents are hesitant about letting me order this. and i really would be dissapointed if i had to send the gun in once i got it.

Before Bob posted the directions on the download process on his site I couldn't figure out how to do it. Me being impatient went ahead and sent it to him. After he put the directions on his site a monkey could do it.

lol ok. so do you think its worth ordering an A1 now...or should i wait a little longer or maybe till a new version of the A1 comes out ?

yea i couldnt figure out how to install the software either so bob walked me through it!! so there is no need to send it to him if u have difficulties!

Jeff, I'm very glad your A1 meets your expectations now! Oh...what would we do without the Master Techs? :)

If you wouldn't mind, could you post what your settings for breakout and ramping mode are? For example, the kick in...drop out....etc. I can't seem to get mine to activate. Also, can you describe how the trigger is set up? Is it loose, tight, etc.
