need help

ok first off love the angel one so light and small its amazing great buy!

anyways about the problem i tried to flash my board and i was at the flashing parts and thier was an error i might of dled something wrong or something but thats not the main problem just could be connect to it
ok so i left it pluged in and on for a couple minutes and i came back to shut of my gun but it like froze or somthin the safty light or orange light the eyes are on but the screen is not on and the scroll wheel wont work. i tried taking out the battery and see if that would work it didnt
any help would be great thanks

Mine did the exact same thing. Instead of taking the chance and screwing something up, I sent it to Bob @FMA.

might want to reinstall all the flash programs and try agian

No, I sent it to him before I spoke to him. He told to reload everything and reflash it. He said it sounded like the reflash didn't go all the way.

I flashed mine today while I was on lunch at work. Decided to do it there 'cause the conection speed compared to dial up @ home. It still took a while & the screen goes blank the entire time. Remember do it whille in safe mode. Cant wait to see what it does, Also ver 1.7 is availiable

ok thanks ya did have it in safe but its not plug in and whenn i put in the battery the light is orange and the screen wont turn on adnt he scroll wheel wont work

Wish I could be more helpful. Do everything again & write it down as it happens and come back and post it here. That way nothing is missed and more than likely one of the techs or another user can help you out.

i tried it again and when i went to flash it where it says connect your mark and then flash i click flash and it says error on fwnppdll or somthin like that so searched for that in my computer and it was the 1.7 update so i clciked on that and it said the file can not be found because they could not trace it back to the main sorce

Try a new battery and ensure all the software is installed and remember where you put the files. You can call me 9am-9pm and I will walk you through it.

ok i tried it again and it work im not the biggest computer guy but for about the 5th time tryin i should have gottin it and i did my gun is workin fine now thank you for willing to help me out even though its job but thinks angain

what kind of usb cable does it take

i used my psp one but you can use like camara ones and mp3 but ya psp works too
