How would I know what Type of COPS and Mem board an IR3 has?
Any idea where to get it updated to COPS2 MEM6 if needed?

the board will tell you.The MTs can help you.

When the board loads up it will tell you what version of software you have. Majority of IR3's have Mem6 and if you do then you have COPS2. I believe its Mem3b and lower had COPS1, dont quote me on that but im in the ball park at least
