View Full Version : Still no eye cover strap...

So, has ANYONE recieved their replacement eye cover straps? The mail truck has come and gone yet another day, and nothing has arrived. I am just curious if we've been lost in the shuffle.


**I should note that I cannot fire my marker at all until said eye strap arrives. I'm a very patient person, and it's wearing thin at this point.

I got mine today. The new one fits much tighter and snaps in place. I'm not sure if mine was bad or not. Did software update and set dwell to 6.5 and LPR is at 55 at about 295 FPS. It seems to rip just and worked fine yesterday without the new eye strap.

Horray! Still no eye cover strap in the mail today.

Makes me wonder why I even bothered to e-mail Frazer in the first place. Why ask for your info when you're going to do nothing with it?

Extremely frustrating.

GTO, who did you email for the eye straps? I want em for my kid's marker.

I e-mailed Frazer when he asked for our info. I got a reply a week ago, but no straps.

Bob is doing what he can to locate them and see if anyone actually recieved my information (thank you very much).

So at this point, I don't know whats going on.

***UPDATE

Bob once again went the extra mile, I should have my eye straps by Thursday. Thank you Bob! :)

LOL no eye strap here or a reply to email....i emailed frazer on the 4th...called ken and emailed him. He still hasnt responded to the email i sent him...Bob help? lol

Bob: Thank you very much! I recieved my eye straps today and installed them, they work GREAT!

Now, I just need to adjust my trigger or something since the marker still refuses to shoot very fast. I've tried all posted settings and replaced the shims. It will reach a steady pace but not ramp at all, which I suppose is a good thing. :) Funny that we expect markers to ramp these days.

I am very happy and can't wait to play with it this weekend!
