How is eveyone setting the LPR (55-60) when have a 450 preset and the manual says to have 350 psi at the second stage regulator? I made the tool kit for the G7 Fly that allows you to measure at the exhaust valve, but that does not work on the Angel 1. Maybe I've missed the obvious.
Thanks,
Ed

I don't understand this at all, but...
WDP is saying 350 psi ourput from the minireg. The tank reg is the first stage, the minireg is the 2nd stage, and the LPR is the cycling reg.
All of their manuals seem to have the absurdly high pressures listed. I don't think anyone actually runs their 2nd stage reg at 350. But the LPR set pressure will change slightly with changes in the upstream pressure. So you could set the LPR at 55-60 with the minireg at 350, and it would drop slightly when you turned the minireg down to something sane.
back to your question: Unless you get one of the standard ASA flash tank adapters, I have no idea how you can measure the minireg output. You'll have to come up with something creative :)

Well on the newer style angels you can measure the minireg through the non lpr side which is in this thread
http://www.angel-owners.com/showthread.php?t=43039
But one problem is that the Angel one is basically one whole chamber when you open up the front and the lpr side is the regulated air. So if you look on WDP's site they have the spare parts list and it shows some new guage on there which is like the higher guage to test the minireg pressure. So I think that the new guage works like the new design that someone came up with on here:

if you had the regular angel tool kit just pop off the back plate remove the lpr plug that used to be on the front of the older angels insert gauged fitting screw in air up check gauge

That thread sounds familiar...Hey! someone is me!
You are absolutely right, it looks like WDP put an LPR cap behind the back cover that is the same size/thread as the old LPR caps! Now you can measure the LPR from the rear with the old gauge, that's cool. I looked at the new HPR gauge on the spare parts lists that you mentioned. The gauge is cool but I saw they are selling rubber detents IN 10 PACKS!. That is not a good sign for the durability of the rubber detents.

Set your mini reg to 260 and LPR to 60, works great for me.

I know but the thing is how do we check the minireg pressure because the angel 1 is not like the older angels which you could check the exaust valve side which was the same pressure as the minireg. The front is basically one whole tube and the back is purely for the lpr so ??

You check the minireg pressure on an Angel 1 the same way as you would on a previous angel. It appears you remove the screw that holds the front cover on and screw in the new gauge there.
