Pressure question

I read the manual for my 04 Speed, and it says not to exceed 850 psi as an input pressure. Well, my tank happens ot be exactly 850 psi output. I'm hesitant to use it, because it's just too close, it's not worth blowing something. What do you think?

I'm a complete Angel-newbie by the way.

Most tanks are 850 psi output. There is nothing to worry about.
