Cleaning and lubing 2001 cc lcd

hey, just wondering if anyone knows of where i can find some good info on how to clean up my angel and lube it up all good...or if you know how? Like im talking a complete tear down and how to clea the solenoid and that goodness? Thanks in advanced its greatly appreciated
