safe to live and back to safe problem

i think i remember seeing this problem posted in here befor but i cant find it so i will post another. I am having a problem where i turn my gun on, and i can use the menu options then i go to live and then i got back to safe mode i cant do the menu i push the buttons it remains witht he safe screen and i cant go back to live, the only way i can do the safe mode options and go back to live is if i turn my gun off then back on. what should i do?

yes there is a fix.........go to the downloads section and there is a patch that you need to download, transfer to a Palm, and then beam to your IR3.
