05 Speed newb...

Alright I bought some after market parts for my Speed

-Cobra Bolt
-Cobra Valve
-Cobra Volumizer

Now I don't have an angel tool kit (my first mistake...lol)
but I tried to tune my angel anyways (even though I am not that good at it). I took out a shim or two, played around with my fps, yada yada yada, and now...I have an angel that is REALLY out of tune, and its chops balls lots now.
So what should I do? Buy a tool kit and try to fix it OR send it in to a tech to get it tuned AND buy a tool kit?

And if you guys think I should send it to someone who should I send it to? I live in Canada so that could be expensive sending it to the states.

First off, what are all your settings? I know you do not have the tool kit, but what loader speed and dwell are you set to when the chopping occurs?
