Ive had my ir3 for a little over a year now. it never worked so i just got really mad with it and didnt do anything with it. But now after about 100 dollars in parts it works great i was sooo happy. my friend was looking at the gun last night and i think he left it on all night. when i went to go turn it on nothing happened. so i went to go charge it and it would go to the normal start up menu and do nothing and then just die and turn to a blank screen and not charge. i have charged my gun before but now it doesnt work. and the gun was switched on so thats not the problem. i was checking everything the board is hooked up to the battery. i didnt look at the battery but i thought that would be fine. it could be my charger i guess. 2 times i got it to say charging but then after a couple seconds it was just stop and go blank again. so please give me any suggestions. i dont really want to spend any more money but i bet im gonna half to. please help.

I think the contacts in your charger might be bad.......there isnt much inside those little black boxes...very easy to tell if its bad...see if smells burned or anything.

The charger could have overheated when left on so long...should only charge angels like 45 minutes tops UNLESS its the INITIAL charge

i got it to charge but it only charges for about 30 seconds and then it says its done. but then when i use it the battery only lasts a little bit and then i stick it back on the charger and 30 seconds later it says its fully charged.

These batteries shouldn't be damaged by completely discharging them. NiMh battery like to be stored in the discharged state.

I recently purchased an iR3 and found that the wires inside were worn and one of the battery wires appeard to be open, or making a momentary contact. You might need to inspect all of the wires and repair any problems.
