View Full Version : 2k2 Dark Angel

Hi all. New to the forums. I'm a long time paintballer, but have never had an Angel. I just picked up a 2002 Dark Angel. I was browsing around and can't find much information on these. Can someone start me off with where to look? I'd like to find out as much as possible before I start to play with it.

The dark angel is essentially the same any any other angel lcd. just with fancy milling and anno. What I recommend is to use the search at the top, and search for things you have questions on, also at the top of this thread I believe is a link to the instruction manual, again, the dakr lcd will be the same as the stock lcd manual. Read that, its the best manual for any gun ive ever seen.

Yep, it helped. I've just spent a few hours reading about them. I see that you can't just put a 9v in place of the rechargeable battery? Does anyone make a 9v conversion kit?

Okay, after a few more hours of researching the angels, I haven't found out a whole lot about the Dark versions. I even contacted Warped Sportz and they were extremely vague with details. Is there anyone or any place that can tell me EXACTLY what the differences are between the stock angel, and the Dark angel (upgraded components, mill jobs, etc)

The gun that I bought said it has the following upgrades:

CUSTOM MILLING PACKAGE RE- VALVING AND A LIFETIME WARRANTY. THE GUN INCLUDES UPGRADED REGULATOR WITH 32 DEGREES GUAGE,DYE STICKY GRIPS, KAPP BREECH KNOB, SKULL BACK PLATE, 12" EVIL PIPE BARREL KIT (BLACK), AND CHARGER.

Was this just the owner's doing, or did the dark angel come with all of these?

that is the owners upgrades. the stock dark irs just has different milling and anno, and i believe some came with a different bolt, and everything else was functionally the same. I assure you of this.

I believe the darks also have a lifetime warranty.
