HEADS UP!
I took my dark IR3 to Warped Sportz in Tinly Park Illinois. I was breaking paint and wanted to get a "tune up". They had my gun 4 days and I get a call telling me my feed neck was stripped and I "have two choices" to "buy a silver feed neck or a black one". I asked the rude kid who called me how it got stripped and all he could say was "I donno". Well my gun is a black pewder fade and i said that i want it to look the same way it did when I brought it in. The kid told me again all I could get was silver or black and it woild cost ME $39.00?!I told him i just sent it in for a tune up and it was NOT stripped when i brought it in, his response was "I dont know what to tell you". I asked to have the owner (Lauri) call me asap. When she got back to me, she had a real smart attitude and told me its not her fault and that she was not there when the gun was taken in, so there was nothing she could do. I was so mad i called Warped HQ and they took care of everything! They sent out the right color feed neck (next day air) and i got my gun back on friday.
The so called angel tech at Warped Sports in Indiana (Lauri owns both) had screwed in my ram so far my breech would not come open and i was breaking more paint that ever b4! My gun was so screwed up. I had the Angel Tech Pauly at paintballgear.com look over my gun, and he could not understand why Warped did what they did to my gun (the ram,the snap ring etc.)
I just thought I would give everyone a heads up about Warped Sports In Illinois and Indiana. SEND IT TO HQ!!!!! They have a clue!
I am happy to say my little girl shoots great now! Thank you Pauly at PBGear!
