Clear velocity shells?

I've seen in pgi some people with clear blue and clear red velocity's. I was wondering is there a place where I could get such a shell or are the exclusive to pro's right now. Any help would be appreciated.

Those are called "Big Mouth" shells. SHould be out in a little bit.
