ok i have a 2001 and 200 lcd. on my 2001 lcd i turn on the gun and all it does is say pin. it never said this before. what do i do to get rid of this? is my gun going to be able to shoot with this on. thanks

umm i have no idea, does it ask for a pin number?you can send it to someone that has a data link and they can reset it for you

When it comes up and says PIN it's asking for the pin number used to lock the gun.

This is to prevent someone from stealing the gun and using it, claiming it as their own since it's locked and cannot be used until entering the PIN number.

A MT can flash it to reset the pin, or someone with a datalink can use a program to reset it. I'm not sure if the stock software will do that, but I know Sexy Angel will.

it didnt do that before when i first bought it and all of a sudden it did it. what is that about?

also you can leave it on and let tha bat die, leavi it on and dead for about 3 days and it might reset the board, it worked on my brothers

if you did not set the pin number yourself ... your board is most likely fried. it happened to me a while back w/ 2 of my lcds. i was told that it may be salvageable/resetable w/ sending it to an MT for software flash but that it was most likely dead and not worth the money for it and to just get a new board.
