Finally!!!

after being out of the sport for 3 years, looking to get back in seriously for the mast 6 months, i FINALLY picke dup a 2k5 Speed. :boobies:

now for the horrible, ive been out of the sport for 3 years, questions:

1). ill assume ill need a LP tank for an 05 speed. will a max flow from a shocker (with the LP spring) be ok? or is there a better tank to get *i have to get the tank rehydro'd)

2). does this thing have eyes, G7 eyes, sensi??

3). ive been reading up on those JAM bolts, should i pick 1 up?

4). is there *optimal* settings to get a better ROF or shots per tank?

Congrats man, I am actually in sort of the same situation as you except I was out for a year.

I have a shocker and looking to get a 06 speed or G7 Fly...

as far as your questions:
1.) LP would be great. 400 - 450 psi is where the LP platform Angels really perform.
2.) Yes the 05 has eyes, they use the A4 platform for that stuff. The 06 uses the G7 platform in reference... Anyways it uses the dual optical eye / break beam system for your eyes.
3.) Stock bolt is the best because it is easiest on paint. They are super easy to remove and swap out so if you got the cash, try others out
4.) i heard, dont make adjustments until the gun ran through 4-6 cases of paint. From there check out this forum and maybe get you some optimal settings for dwell and what lower input pressure may be suitable for your needs.
