My buddy always liked saying.... "It's called the G7 'cause your always yelling "G7, that's G7 guys....." to your teamates when you use it!"

98 if I recall.

98 Led => 00 Led didn't have anything revolutionary, first generation
00 LCD = Second
02 IR3 = 3rd
03 Speed = 4rth
05 Speed = 5th?
05 A4 = 6th
06 G7 = 7th

There is either an extra generation from the 00 LCD to the 02 LCD (New batteries I remember, not too much else)

Or a new generation in the Speeds, but unfortunately I was out of the game for the past 2 years due to unemployment and graduating college, which also made me sell my old IR3. :(

When the Speeds came out I was pretty much in the dark, so it's most likely a generation in that era.

Tryin to figure out why wdp name there guns the way they do is like trying to do a handstand with no arms. You'll just end up with a headach.

they also had a limited run of like an anniversary gun which was the LCD LE dont forget.. you think that counts in the models they came out with?

Limited run guns, and private label guns (The Class IR3, the Arsenal G7 Fly, etc.) are not considered a new "Generation"

This is because it's the same main gun, the internals for the most part have been swapped out for alternative parts or materials. The general design stayed the same.

If you counted every third party incarnation as a generation, just think of how many generations of Auto-cocker's there would be! You would have 10-15+ generations per year.

I hear ya but I thought that they took the LCD and threw newer internals in the gun to "modernize it" for that time... Didnt they have IR3 parts in there?

That was why I thought one should consider that, I thought 1 LCD + 1 IR3 = LCD LE wasn't mentioned.

Someone should just write them and ask because Im not even sure Angel can keep track of all of their markers!

That wasn't a NEW generation though....it was an updated OLD generation.

Regardless....ask 5 different people get 5 different answers.

Can't remember why it's called WDP, I think JR hinted to it at the tech class I went to but like I said, I don't remember. But World Domination Paintball does not ring a bell.

Why is it so close to G13. G7 and G13 are both luck nunbers and G13 is related to the secret work done by the US Govt growing that gooooood sticky icky!!!

Speaking of it, I think it is time to indulge..............
