All right I just bought a brand-new Angle G7 Fly, and received by mail Tuesday and charged it for four hours. On Wednesday I went to fire it and it would not fire. It only would fire when the eyes were off. So I looked in the trigger frame and everything was connected so I did the eye test and nothing happened. I called WDP and they said that I probably have bad eyes, and it should not cost me any thing. So I called the closest Tec center. But the Tec was gone, but there was a worker there and he said that there might be a charge. I don’t know what to do. WDP said that it will not cost me any thing and the Tec center says that there might be a charge. Has anyone had this problem before? And how was it solved? The master Tec is calling me back today around 4pm. If there is a charge I’m selling my angel and getting another Intimidator because I never had a problem with them.

Ok, lets get the simple questions out of the way.
1. You should be able to see if the eyes are working when you first turn it on(or make it LIVE). Look down the feedneck, you should see a red glow. If you do, then the eyes should be working.
2. Were you trying to shoot it with paint, or dry firing it? With the eyes on, it won't shoot unless it sees a ball in the breech.
Sorry if these are obvious questions, but sometimes people overlook the little things.

When I put the Angel in live the eyes glow red.
The paint is red but my friend has a G7 fly and it worked fine using the same paint. I also did the eye test and put my finger in the feed neck to break the beam. Its like its not seeing anythnig.
can the eyes be out of place?

the eyes could be out of place but its not very likely. try doing the eye test ... there is a thing on the board for it ... drop a ball and it will say pass if the eyes are good. the gun will not shoot w/o something blocking the eyes ... and your finger generally isnt enough to block them ... try using a ball instead and do the drop test. you will most likely have to send your gun into the nearest MT center and get it all fixed. also ... send in your warrenty card asap if not done already.

When I do the eye test it does not do anything when I drop the paintball.

Sure your finger will. I do that all the time. Anything that "breaks the beam" will pass the test.

That's good to hear. Sounds like there's a problem with the eyes communicating with the board. Could be the eyes, could be the board. The MT will take care of it for you. :drink:

Turns out it was a bad board. I just got it replaced and everything is working fine. Now I just have to wait for my low pressure tank to come in the mail.
