Hello, well today was the first time that I fired my G7 Fly. It was shooting very well; however, there was one major problem--bounce. First off, here are my current settings and the settings that were used when firing:
mROF: 20
Hopper Speed: 12 (Halo)
Dwell: 10
TR: 1
Mode: 1 (true semi)
MdB: 20 (I believe this is the one with the highest filtering rate, i.e. gets rid of the most bounce; however, I adjusted this 1-20 with no major difference)
RoF Achieved: 19bps
Temperature: 76' F
The definintion of my particular situation is that when I "bump" or "hit" the back of my tank, the marker will fire. Also, I assume it is boucing when I am firing because the fastest I have gotten before on my other guns was in the range of 14-16bps, and on the G7 Fly I was able to reach 19 bps farely easily. Before I fired the marker I adjusted my trigger to be very nice. The activation point was in the middle of the pull and the pull length was about 1/2 cm. and the return strength was set to be farely light. After I noticed the bounce I adjusted my trigger until the pull was about 1 1/2 cm and heavy strength and the marker still bounced whenever I "bumped" the tank or "shook" the gun lightly. I assume it is all in the actual mechanics of the trigger that I should be adjusting but I am also wondering about the electronics. I need to rectify the situation because bounce is enforced heavily at the tourneys my team participates in and I do not want to be called a cheater because of a problem I cannot help. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or a solution to the problem.
Thank You.
