Have you changed anything else on the gun?
If you put the old bolt back in, will it fire normally?
Is your breech door very loose on the gun? If you try to move the breech door with your hand (when it is locked without a bolt in there), does it move around or does it stay tight?
Can you freely move the bolt in the breech door when it's open?
If you are having difficulty with putting the new bolt in, it's because the RAM needs to be adjusted for/with the new bolt, but should still fire. However, if your breech door is flopping around, then the tight fitting of the bolt to the RAM might cause the whole thing not to aligned with the breech chamber, causing the bolt to jam up.
