Check out (search AOG and sponsored sites) for a Sanchez Machine (SM1) Orbium kit. They come in two or three sections kits and are really accurate and well machined....

if you already have a freak, get a new back...
either that or ultralights.
not fond of stiffi, and SM wasnt very impressive, but that is my opinion.

I have a stiffi, bought it only because it looked good on the rasta(carbon fiber look is sick) it isn't that great...i'd go with a new freak back...or an ultra light back...tho not sure if u can buy just the backs...

I used a Freak until recently and loved it. I have heard good about all barrels. Just go by cost and what you think looks nice. Honestly I don't think any kit is any more acccurate than another.

The one problem with my freak is getting the inserts out. :( The inserts seem really tight in mine, but it's rather old. I bought it when it first came out, and it hurts to now see a full kit for like 100 bucks, I paid 300 when it came out. :(
Going to just buy the G7 threaded back to use with my new gun though. I don't see the point in buying a new setup if you already have the freak inserts.

I use both the Dye in different backs plus a Stiffi mamba kit on my G7 Fly’s. Both barrels are great, but not many barrels let you shoot clean through barrel brakes (paint burst in your barrel) like a Stiffi can.
Both barrels are made to very high standards and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
Out of the 23 Angels in are teams, both the Dye and Stiffi barrels go down very well. The least popular is the Freak stuff none of us like the inserts (plus it’s Smart Parts stuff YUCK). Just trying out the CP one’s and they are very good too, but some day’s you just cannot get better than the standard barrel that comes with the marker. This is by fare still the best one peace step bore out……

some one has used both the stifi mamba and the orbium please tell me the differences between the 2 if any. i know the stifi has that coating on the inside that help blow paint out but is there any noise differences or accuracy problems with the 2?

Accuracy problems are mainly down to the quality of paint you are shooting not the barrel. Matching your barrel bore to paint size helps a little but again this matching is mainly to deal with gas efficiency and paint braking in the barrel (what at a lot of people think is chop, when it is really bad paint size to barrel match).
If you’re after good accuracy purchase the best paint you can afford. The accuracy difference between a good ball in the standard Angel barrel, Stiffi, Dye, Cp etc is nothing due to them all being step bored and fully ported.
Paintballs are not solid projectiles has you well know so accuracy depends on so many factors.
