This is a question that will be asked frequently. I want to know the answer ONLY IF you KNOW that it is FOR SURE HP or LP. (High Pressure or Low Pressure)
Thank you for all of your input!

I spoke with Bob Moon Wednesday night and he said to use a LP tank. But like all new Angels you can probably get away with HP tanks(maybe).

Stick with LP on later models of Angel. HP systems will not allow your Angel to be crono'd down to a safe level, plus each shot will show a dramatic change in velocity. LP all the way.

Wolfhawk:
As already stated many times, you CAN use a high pressure tank with the Angel One. However, this will cause a few "unwanted" side effects, such as difficulty in adjusting the FPS of the gun and unneccesary stress on the internal components.
Low Pressure is the recommended type of tank. I would try to return or trade your tank for a low pressure model.

I just got a new HP 45/45 for my A-1. I have been using a HP 45/68 for a while
now with no issues. ???
I hear all kinds of stuff, i dont think anyone realy knows. All I know is that my DM6 seems way faster.

I was tould that you can have lp, you just need to make sure your out put on the tank is at least 450 psi. hp is still good though so it sreally whatever you want!

The A-1 was designed for either a hp or lp tank. If you look thru these forumns back to when it was under development you will find a long post by Owen on this matter.
Now, some people have had problems getting their fps down to under 300 but for the most part you should be fine. I have been using rental tanks as I have sent out my tank to be hydroed. And as you all know those tanks are all hp. I have had absolutely no problems with my A-1.

Yeh I think you right, High or low pressure is good between 450 - 800 psi.
My hp works great.
