okay well I know that this has been answered.....

I have gotten easily a full hopper and between 7-9 pods on a full fill while I was at Cup. That was on a 68/45 AIR.

Well it depends....When i have my dwell at 14...i get 2,000 shots out of my 90/45.....as i turn the dwell up it uses more gas...but still efficent...also u have to have the ram stroke set good for good efficenty..and good paint to barrel match....

i got around 1500 shots on average. last sunday at a tourney i already had 1250 on one fill with 1500 psi left in my crossfire 68/4500 HP.

ok...I think I have a problem, my new fly IR3 got about 1100 shots off of a 91/4000 fill last weekend and the dwell was at 12...I don't have the LPR pressure, but I got the tool kit on order
