I notice Cobra sells an air restrictor for $45 USD.

Wouldn't this just be two air fittings with a very very small internal diameter pipe in between?

Am I missing something, cause I would've thought I could pick up the parts for less than $10.

I haven't seen the Cobra part but, what you say makes sense.

Taking a tip from Rus, you might want to add a filter to your air restrictor.
Sounds like a good plan, save money and get better protection for your gear at the same time.
