ok i was playing last night, and i slid alittle too fast ad too hard into a bunker. I had a system x PLASTIC volumizer. I ended up crushing the volumizer. 1 of the 2 pieces it split into is still stuck in my angel. there is minimal plastic left to unscrew the volumizer. It also just so happens to be on the left side (where the air flows).
right now, i have no clue as to how im going to get it out. i live in vegas and the nppl will be here at the end of the month. should I just wait till then and let the angel techs get it out?
any ideas as to how to get this piece out would be fantastic.
thanks, Nick

OHH man that sucks... I couldn't tell you... if you would go with my way then i would say, find something to hold onto whats left of the volumizer, like pliers .. OR! maybe get some thin needle noses to like wedge in whats left of it... open it up and like try to dig in the plastic a bitfor grip and basically try to unscrew using that method. OR!.. these are kinda ghetto methods but try to find an expendable household object (stick, pencil, marker, knife) that could like wedge in there and get stuck so you'll have a gri pto unscrew whats left out.. i'll need to see the actual thing to determine which way is better. umm yeah i ama king of "ghetto fixing" techniques like McGuyver but sometimes (well mostly) i leave dings on my gun.. whoops! good thing t was the cocker and trix rather than the angel.

This is a trick used by molding techs in the old days...take a paper clip and straighten it. Heat it with flame and then push it into the plastic. When it cools, you have something to grab on. Or, continue heating the wire and then melting the excess in segments until you can break the sections out. This would prevent using a hard tool in an area that you would not want to damage.
