ok , as you can see my shopping cart is down. it has cause great issues between me and some of my customers in the last 3 weeks. i think that i have found all the missing orders. if i have not i want you to send me a nice email to: ken@performanceangel.com detailing the order,a phone contact and your real name (not a screen name). unfortunatly this was not in my control. the shopping cart software processes the orders after they are entered by the consumer and it is done electronicaly from there. the processing portion was getting done, the order notification and shipping part wasnt. i dont want to make excuses but hopefuly everything is all set and we have located all of them. like i said if not please follow the instructions above and ill fixit. i will not be opening the shopping cart portion of my site without all orders being fixed and new shopping cart software. ken

Ken, I've sent a couple of emails about my order and have not received a response. The order was placed 4/6 and cc was charged for a Force board. If its backordered ok, but I havent heard a thing. Order #1343
