I recently bought a 2004 Angel Fly, and was told the battery in the marker was dead. When I recieved it in the mail, Sure enough, the battery was dead. It would light up when the switch was thrown, have everything showing, then turn off. Typical dead battery, I assumed. Today, I put the car charger in my car's electrical socket, and the charger light was red, but the LCD screen was blinking green with all options lit up again, while off. When I attempted to switch it on, it would not start. After 20 minutes of charging, just to test it, I unplugged it and it still wouldn't work.
Thinking it was a car problem (my car is German spec), I took it to my neighbor who has an American spec car, and tried it in his electrical socket...no luck there either, it did the same thing. Does this sound like a completely dead battery, or an issue with the charger, or something else I'm missing entirely? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
