How Do I Unlock My Ir3 Board

I Have 2 Angel Ir3's And Both Are Locked In The Semi Only Mode. I Want To Have Tthe Boards Unlocked So I Can Use All The Other Modes. I Am Not A Tournament Player And Want To Try The Ramping And Burst Modes. I Have A Data Cable I Just Need Someone To Tell Me How To Do It So I Dont Mess Anything Up.

The IR3 board is not capable of being unlocked. From what I have read around there were a few that came unlocked right out of the box but I have never seen one personally. It was a stock feature that it was locked and I am not sure if even an MT could flash it for you to unlock it.
