Hey guys, first just wanted to say first post :)
But, I come with a question I guess: Is this marker here really Ollie Lang's old Angel Speed?
http://www.tdotballers.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=219
I'm actually buying it this coming Thursday, and no, I'm not buying it 'cause it is 'Ollie Langs, OU I love it!' *end sarcasism*, but I'm buying it to upgrade from my wonderful Ion *end extreme sarcasism*.
Thanks.
P.S. What upgrades are avalible for this/what are recommended?

I am not sure if it really is Ollie langs old angel speed. He does not show much proof that it is like a picture of Ollie Playing with it ,and he does not show a pic of Ollie's name on it like he said it was. So I don't beleive it is unless he shows hard evidence. There is not much you need to upgrade it is basically upped to the max.

If that Angel is in good working order and is about the same price as other speeds, then it is a good deal regardless of who owned it before. Remember, professional paintballers are hard on their equipment.

There are TONS of 04 speeds out in dust black, and anyone could go out and buy that sticker. It is highly unlikely that it is Ollie's. However, it is a pretty good deal (if you're a fan of JB weld anyway) so hell, why not.

Alright, so I've gotten it, played with it a couple of times and love it. The only thing I've having issues with are the eyes. There is nothing wrong with them, I just really don't know how to use them...
So, I have the switch on the backplate to turn it on and off, but the switch can move to both the left and the right, both with different LED light patterns. Does anyone know what each one is for?
regardless if it was Jesus's Angel Speed I would not give $550 for a old school Speed with a bunch of HK crap on it, not worth it.

A)That's CDN. currency and B) I didn't pay $550.
Now, back to the question(s).

nowhere did I see it was in Canadian bucks sorry, but not really, and the best upgrade would be to have it flied by one of the fabulous MT's of this site.

Thank you for the input, now, noob alert: what exactly is flied :notsure:? Can you tell I'm new to Angels heh.
Getting your speed flied is sending your speed to a master tech where he does the fly conversion to it (add eyes and a different board). You already have a ghetto version of the fly job done with timmy parts. I have the snae thinsg as you do (was board and all) but mine was doen professianlly, not that it really matters. the only with different thing with yours then mine is the 3 point switch.

I thought that the MT's said that they would not Fly an Angel that had already been WAS'd or had any other eye conversion put on it. I am not sure that this is still true but I remember something about it when the Fly conversion came out.
I doubt they would fly you gun now, its already got eyes holes and all that stuff done, and well if you grip frame was milled out to fit the was board and battery and stuff then you won't be able to put a angel board back into that gun.

Sorry to revive a slightly dead thread, but Ollie never used the Speeds, Dynasty's last WDP gun used was the Cobra Mamba IR3 to my knowledge.
